Short Biography

Jindra Rajwans is the Founder & Principal of the firm and a results-driven corporate lawyer advising domestic, international, and multinational clients on corporate and commercial, intellectual property, and entertainment law matters. He is known for providing strategic, business-focused legal advice to senior executives, boards, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of industries.

 

Born and raised in Montréal, Québec, Jindra values time spent with his family and an active lifestyle, including travel, skiing, and karate training.

Experience

Jindra advises boards of directors, CEOs, presidents, and senior executives on complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, licensing arrangements, and the formation of strategic alliances. He is frequently engaged at the strategic planning and negotiation stages of transactions, providing practical, commercially focused guidance.

His experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, technology, mining, and retail, and includes acting for domestic and multinational companies on Canadian and cross-border transactions. Jindra’s international practice also includes advising multinational organizations on the establishment, structuring, and ongoing operation of foreign subsidiaries.

In addition, Jindra advises clients on intellectual property and entertainment law matters relating to the acquisition, protection, licensing, commercialization, and exploitation of intellectual property rights across a broad range of business sectors.

Jindra has been invited to speak at numerous business conferences and has served as a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions at the Schulich School of Business, York University Executive Education Centre. He is a member of the Ontario Bar and a registered Canadian Trademark Agent.
