Jindra Rajwans is the Principal of the firm, and is dedicated to offering strategic legal services to domestic, international and multinational firms, banks, asset managers, as well as clients who require assistance with corporate & commercial, intellectual property, and entertainment law matters. He regularly acts for clients based in Toronto and across the globe as counsel to senior level executives including Board of Directors, CEOs, and Presidents on negotiation strategy related to M&A’s, joint-ventures, divestitures, licensing, forming strategic alliances, with an emphasis on the financial, industrial, technology, mining and retail sectors. His international practice also includes advising and setting up all aspects of foreign subsidiaries on behalf of multinational companies.
Jindra also advises clients on intellectual property and entertainment law matters relating to the acquisition, protection, licensing, sale and exploitation of intellectual property rights across a broad range of business sectors. Jindra has been invited to speak at numerous business conferences, and has been a guest lecturer on mergers and acquisitions at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Executive Education Centre. Jindra is a member of the Ontario bar and is a registered Canadian Trademark Agent.
Jindra was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, and in his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, travelling, skiing, reading, karate training and playing squash.
